Fresh Start Women's Weight Control Support Group

Our free women’s support group for weight control meets from 7:00-8:30pm on Mondays, from October 16 - November 20 here at The Ark Montebello. Gain an appetite for the Lord through the Word of God, prayer, a Word study, and journaling. Learn to control eating habits as we journey together sharing victories, recipes, meal planning, counting calories, and exercise.

This is not a diet; it is a journey to a Healthy Lifestyle!

Must be 12 years & older to participate.
